The project encompasses the construction of the gerontology center and touristic complex which will be built on the area of 10,0 hectares together with the following objects:

1.   a gerontology center of 990,00 m2 of the functional capacity and the number of beds 40

2.  a hotel for rest, recreation and athletes training with a conference hall and accompanying activities of a functional capacity of 2700,00 m2, number of beads 62, together with fitness facilities (gym cosmetic salon, spa)

There exists the possibility of adaptation to the requirements of the investor
