The City of Zajecar has a long-lasting and rich tradition in catering and hotel management. Zajecar has several hotels and a vast number of alluring restaurants, pubs, cafes, pizzerias, pastries.

 

Hotels:

Villa ``Konj`` (14 Vojvoda Misic Street) was opened in 1995. It is located at the very center of the city. The accommodation section possesses 33 beds in single and double rooms and suites. Each room is equipped with a phone, TV with satellite program; mini-bar…A special offer of the hotel is a wine shop-tavern in the cellar area with the archive wines and strong drinks from the Timok geographical area. Villa ``Grinka M`` (15 Prote Mateje Street) is located in the center of the city, inside the restored house built in 1933. At the moment, it has a status of a private accommodation but there exists a request for the hotel categorization (for a garni hotel).It possesses 22 beds inside the luxuriously equipped single and double rooms and suits.   Contact phone: 019/423-330

Hotel ``Srbija Tis`` (2 Nikola Pasic Street) The hotel is located at the mere center of the city. It is the oldest and biggest hotel in the city. It has at its disposal 134 beds inside the single and double rooms and suits, restaurant with 400 seats, an appealing terrace in the shadow of old limes, aperitif bar, two salons for the special occasions (meetings, seminars..), hair dressing salon and a touristic agency.      Contact phone: 019/422-333

``Kastrum``is situated in Gamzigrad Spa, at the very coast of the Crni Timok and it has at its disposal 70 beds inside comfortable double rooms and 4 suites, a total restaurant capacity of 500 seats, ``Cristal`` hall with 50 seats, ``Blue`` hall with 50 seats, TV hall with 25 seats and a summer terrace. ``Kastrum`` offers extraordinary conditions for preparations of sports teams – grass football drainage courts, two courts for other sports, two tennis courts and a swimming pool inside the Special Rehabilitation Center. The categorization process is under the procedure and ``Kastrum`` still does not have the hotel status but it operates as an accommodation facility until it obtains the resolution on determining the hotel category. Hotel ``Lux`` Salas is located beside the main road Zajecar-Negotin E-771 at only 15 minutes (20km) from Zajecar, Bor and Negotin. It provides the services of accommodation, meals and its own parking place. It possesses 24 beds, that is, 14 rooms- 6 single rooms, 7 double rooms and a suite, which are highly luxuriously equipped. Each room has its own bathroom, phone, TV, wireless Internet…The hotel has a restaurant for the reception of 400 guests, as well as the conference hall which can host 25 people.  Contact phone: 019/473-473  

``Beba`` Zajecar (NN Dobrivoje Radosavljevic Street) the facility has two divisions: catering part does not have the status of a restaurant but a tavern, and the accommodation part has a status of a private accommodation (room for rent). Contact phone: 019/424-672

 ``Vila Tamaris`` (58 Ljuba Nesic Street) has a status of a private accommodation (rooms for rent). Villa Tamaris has in its possession 11 double beds and 2 rooms with French bed plus one auxiliary bed. The rooms in Villa Tamaris contain: cable TV, mini bar, Internet adapter, SOS button, optical smoke detector, electronic lock and a switch which activities with a remote code card. The bathrooms are equipped, beside the standard equipment, with hair dryer, shower cabins with massager and SOS buttons. The object is under video surveillance, which makes the stay in the villa safe. Also, there exists a garden where the guests can spend their leisure time. Contact phone: 019/428-781
