Construction of a hotel complex around thermal water spring in Nikolicevo

According to the project, the hotel complex will be constructed around the thermal water spring on the area of 10 hectares.

The construction of the hotel is planned at the area of 4.800 m2 encompassing wellness and spa center, sports fields, sports hall with a swimming pool and other water sports activity requisites including a large aqua park.
