Second seminar within Open Up project

The second seminar within the project Open Up was held in the course of the previous weekend thanks to joint cooperation of the Municipality of Monfaclone and the City of Zajecar. The lectures on decentralization of institutions were held on the first day of the seminar. The lectures were rendered by Prof. Lawyer Marco Marpilero, who spoke of institutional structures in Italy, Lucio Gregoreti, who conveyed the experiences from Italy referring participation of municipality structures in a decentralized system and Prof. Dr. Jordan Aleksic, who delivered a speech on regional policy of the European Union.

On the second day of the seminar, the topics were reserved for the EU funds an the lecturers were: Nenad Stojanovic, Executive Director of ``Proactiv`` who talked about available funds of the EU, Katarina Zivanovic, an archeologist, her discourse was about the project ``Kika`` and the project of creation of the management plan for Romuliana, Sara Tesi from the office for European integrations and international relationships delivered a speech on international cooperation referring European projects and Rada Orescanin from Monfalcone municipality , who spoke about the importance of integration of Serbia into European community.

The seminar was well visited and an agreement was reached to continue the cooperation in the future period and, likewise, the topics for future seminars were defined which will largely be engaged in the process of project creation for the European funds.
